Due to the natural terrain of the park wheelchair access is limited and therefore wheelchair users receive free entry. Please read our detailed >> accessibility info << - VISITING WITH KIDS
Buggies can be a bit difficult to take around as the the park is set in a valley and there are some fairly steep hills. Please wear sensible footwear & take your time walking around the park. We also provide a free hire baby carriers service (deposit needed), please ask at the Info desk. More info about the terrain & accessibility >> HERE <<
Please note all kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. - REDEEMING YOUR TICKETS
We don’t email or post entry tickets, you will only receive one order confirmation email from us.
On the day of your visit we will only ask for the name used for booking but please bring your order confirmation email just in case we can’t find your name on our list (this can happen if you book on the same day when you’re visiting). - WHEN CAN I COME?
You can enter the park anytime between 10am-3pm (or 10.30am-2pm in November) on the day of your pre-booked visit & stay until 5pm (or 4pm in November). - ENTRY TICKETS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entry tickets are valid for one visit only & are non-refundable within 48 hours prior to your visit (refundable tickets will be charged 5% PayPal refund fee).

– NHS or Blue Light card holders – 10% off total price
– Military discount – 10% off total price
– Max card holders – 1 child free with every full price paying adult
