Please note parking here is limited and we cannot guarantee you a space.

TOILETS

We have several accessible toilets for your convenience:

Main Square: Ramp access available
Dinosaurus Playzone: Accessible toilet and changing area on the flat (no hoist available)
Grey Wolf Enclosure: Accessible toilet with ramp access

GUIDE & ASSISTANCE DOGS

We love animals but we can’t allow dogs at the park. Many of our animals roam freely, and the presence of a dog could cause undue stress or pose a risk of zoonotic disease.
While we cannot allow guide or assistance dogs inside the park, our staff are happy to accompany you throughout your visit if you inform us in advance.

ANIMAL EXPERIENCES

We offer pre-bookable animal experiences that cater to accessibility needs:

➯ Sea Lion Meet & Greet
Swim With The Sea Lion

Please note there is a slope to & from these enclosures. For availability and more detailed accessibility information, please contact our Info Desk at info@cmwdp.co.uk or 01271 882486.

VISITORS WITH SENSORY SENSITIVITIES

We strive to make our park as welcoming & accessible as possible.
Here’s what to expect and how to plan your visit for a more comfortable experience.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT
Quieter Times: The park can be busy, so we recommend visiting later in the afternoon when there may be fewer visitors.
Pre-Booking: We suggest booking online to avoid queues at the entrance.
Park Map: Familiarizing yourself with >> the park map << to help plan your visit.

ENTERING THE PARK
If queues are difficult to manage, you can enter through the accessible car park and check in at the Info Desk, where staff are available to assist you.

SENSORY CONSIDERATIONS
The park has a variety of environments, including quiet green spaces where you can take a break if needed.
Some areas, such as The Jungle Hut Cafe and Dinosaurus Playzone, may be noisier or busier at peak times.
