How long can we stay?
You can choose a 4-night stay arriving on Monday, a 3-night stay arriving on Friday, or a 7-night stay arriving on either Monday or Friday.

Is there parking available?
Yes, we provide allocated on-site parking near your cabin for your convenience.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our cabins or at the wildlife park.
Are the cabins accessible?
Our cabins are set on the side of a valley, which may present challenges for guests with limited mobility.

How many times can I visit the wildlife park?
You can visit as often as you like during opening hours (10am–5pm).
Visiting with under 2s?
Travel cots and highchairs are available on request to make your stay easier with little ones.
Each cabin can accommodate a maximum of 2 infants under 2 years old, and they do not count towards the total sleep capacity.
What about food?
Your stay includes 20% discount for food and drinks at the park.
Each cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, while the park café is open during the day for a quick bite. Combe Martin village and the surrounding area also offer plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles.
When do I need to pay?
→ A non-refundable £200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin.
→ The full balance, including any additional experiences booked at the time of reservation, must be paid 10 weeks prior to your stay.

What's the cancellation policy?
→ Cancellations made 4–10 weeks before arrival: 50% of the balance will be refunded.
→ Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival: no refund will be issued.
→ Changes to your booking (dates, cabin type, or experiences) are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Amendments may incur additional charges.
→ Non-attendance or early departure: no refund will be provided for unused nights or experiences.
→ We recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
