BABIES & BUGGIES

Babies & kids under 3 years old have a free entry.
Due to the natural terrain there are some steep parts of the park and buggies can be a bit difficult to take around. We do provide a free hire baby carriers service (deposit needed), please ask at the Info desk.

VISITORS WITH AUTISM

The park can be very busy at times so we recommend visiting later in the afternoon when there may be less people on site.
If you have difficulty coping with the queues please enter the park via the accessible car park & pay at the Info desk. The staff here can assist you to have as smooth a visit as possible.
Please see our >> map << and >> accessible information << to help plan your visit.

PARKING

Our car parks are located at the top of the main drive & are all free of charge! Please note there is a fairly steep hill on the way from the car parks to the main pay desk.
Blue badge holders & visitors with mobility issues can use our disabled/accessible car park immediately on the right as you enter the main driveway.
More info about parking >> HERE <<

DOGS

We love animals but we can’t allow dogs at the park, this is because a lot of our animals are loose and the presence of a dog will cause undue stress to the animals in our care as well as the potential of zoonotic disease.

Guide & Assistance dogs
Even though we can’t allow dogs, we are more than happy for a member of staff to accompany you around the park to provide you with assistance as long as you pre-warn us of the day you will be coming.
Please be aware that our park is built on the side of a valley so can be very steep on some pathways and have steps in places.
If you have any questions please contact our Info desk team on 01271 882486 or info@cmwdp.co.uk
