TICKETS CONFIRMATION & ENTRY
Please keep your order confirmation email, as we don’t send physical or digital tickets separately.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for the surname used to book the tickets. However, you may also need to present your order confirmation email, especially if you purchased your tickets on the same day as your visit.
WHEN CAN YOU VISIT?
The park is open 10am-5pm. You can enter anytime between 10am-3pm on the day of your pre-book visit.
VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS
To use a gift/return voucher or claim a discount, enter a coupon code RESERVE when booking your visit. This allows you to pre-book without making an online payment.
Remember to bring your voucher or discount card on the day so we can apply the discount at the gate.

These discounts can only be applied when paying for tickets at the park upon presenting valid proof and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
PARK'S TERRAIN & ACCESSIBILITY
The park is nestled in a beautiful valley at the top of Combe Martin village. Due to the natural landscape there are some steep parts of the park, including the path from the main car parks.

VISITING WITH SMALL CHILDREN
Some steep paths & steps can make it a bit challenging to navigate with buggies. We recommend wearing sensible footwear & taking your time as you explore the park.
Free baby carrier hire is available (deposit required) – please ask at the Playzone.
WHEELCHAIR USERS
Unfortunately, due to the park’s terrain wheelchair access is limited in some areas and therefore wheelchair users receive free entry, and carers can purchase a concession entry ticket.

Entry tickets are valid for one visit only on your chosen date.
Discounts are limited to one per visit and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of your visit. (Refundable tickets will incur a 5% PayPal refund fee.)
Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the named individual or group.
Entry is only permitted during standard park opening hours – please check our website for current times.
Last admission is at 3pm – visitors arriving after this time may not be granted entry.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).
Attraction availability is subject to weather, maintenance, and operational factors. No refunds will be issued for closures beyond our control.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with park rules.
