You can choose a 4-night stay arriving on Monday, a 3-night stay arriving on Friday, or a 7-night stay arriving on either Monday or Friday.

Yes, we provide allocated on-site parking near your cabin for your convenience.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our cabins or at the wildlife park.
Are the cabins accessible?
Our cabins are set on the side of a valley, which may present challenges for guests with limited mobility.

How many times can I visit the wildlife park?
You can visit as often as you like during opening hours in the main season.
Visiting with under 2s?
Each cabin can accommodate up to 2 infants (aged 0–2) free of charge. Infants do not count towards the total occupancy. Please leave a note when making your reservation.
Highchairs are available on request.
Please bring your own travel cot if you require one.
What about food?
Your stay includes 20% discount for food and drinks at the park.
Each cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, while the wildlife park is open during the day for a quick bite. Combe Martin village and the surrounding area also offer plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles.
How does payment work?
Once you submit your reservation request, our team will contact you within 24 hours with booking confirmation, deposit details, and any optional animal experiences you may wish to add.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking once confirmed.
The remaining balance, including any pre-booked experiences, is due 2 months before your arrival date.
What's the cancellation policy?
→ Cancellations made more than 10 weeks before arrival: the outstanding balance will be refunded.
→ Cancellations made 4–10 weeks before arrival: 50% of the balance will be refunded.
→ Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival: no refund will be issued.
→ Changes to your booking (dates, cabin type, or experiences) are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Amendments may incur additional charges.
→ Non-attendance or early departure: no refund will be provided for unused nights or experiences.
→ We recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, all cabins are non-smoking or vaping. Smoking/vaping is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Is there Wi-Fi and Smart TV?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi and Smart TV is provided for guests.
Bookings Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all accommodation bookings at Bay View Cabins, located within Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park. By making a booking, you (“the Guest”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All cabin bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and acknowledged.
The person making the booking must be 18 years or older and is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these Terms.
2. Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking once your reservation has been confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 months prior to arrival.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are charged as follows:
- More than 10 weeks before arrival: Deposit retained, remaining balance refunded
- 4–10 weeks before arrival: 50% of total booking cost refunded (excluding deposit)
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival: no refund issued
No refunds are given for non-arrival, early departure, or unused nights.
Guests are strongly advised to take out travel insurance.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Check-out: by 10:00am
Arrival outside these times must be arranged in advance.
5. Occupancy
- 2-bed cabin: maximum 4 guests
- 3-bed cabin: maximum 6 guests
Each cabin may also accommodate up to 2 infants (0–2 years) free of charge. Infants do not count towards occupancy.
Travel cots and highchairs are available upon request.
6. Park Access
Guests receive complimentary entry to Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park during their stay, subject to opening times, safety rules, and operational requirements.
7. Animal Experiences
Animal experiences are not included in accommodation and must be booked separately.
All experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions, animal welfare requirements, and may have age or health restrictions.
8. Use of Accommodation
Guests agree to:
- Keep cabins and contents in good condition
- Report damage or breakages immediately
- Respect maximum occupancy limits
- Not host parties, events, or additional overnight guests without permission
- Respect other guests, staff, and park environment
Guests may be charged for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.
9. Behaviour & Conduct
Anti-social, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if guests breach these Terms.
10. Pets
No pets of any kind are permitted at Bay View Cabins, including dogs, cats, small animals, or visiting pets.
This policy is in place to protect animal welfare, prevent disease risk, and ensure the safety of wildlife within the park.
Any breach may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
11. Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside cabins.
Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning charges.
Designated smoking areas are available on site.
12. Parking
Parking is provided on site. All vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk, and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
13. Park Rules
Guests must comply with all rules of Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park.
Access to certain areas may be restricted outside park opening hours.
14. Changes, Maintenance & Availability
We may occasionally need to carry out maintenance or make changes due to operational requirements.
If a cabin becomes unavailable, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
15. Cancellations or Changes by Us
In rare circumstances, we may cancel or amend bookings due to unforeseen events or operational needs. If this occurs, we will offer:
- Alternative dates, or
- A full refund of payments made
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
17. Liability
We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
