Kevin, our magnificent Peacock, is allowed to free-range around the park. He is often found in our T-Rex enclosure hunting for insects or at times he can be found preening his tail feather on the T-Rex’s back. We are never sure if that’s a brave or silly move.
He gets fed just over 400g of food including his favourites – corn, pulses and mealworms. When he is not eating or exploring the park, he can often be found displaying his spectacular tail feather. However, he does usually do this at our female Guinea fowl as he hasn’t quite realised that she is not a Peahen. Oh, Kevin!
