Local companies built our Tyranosaurus Rex, Megalosaurus and Dilophosaurus to the Parks specifications using the latest animatronic technology. They are all controlled by computers, some internal and some external.

The Megalosaurs, Dilophosaurs and Velociraptors movements are powered by compressed air, delivered via hidden underground pipes. The giant Tyranosaurus is powered by Hydraulics to cope with his vast size.

While we originally wanted to locate them in a more natural and authentic area of the park it was deemed that this may prove too scary for our younger visitors, so we instead hold them behind a dinosaur proof enclosure – although its still a worry when they wake up – remember to stay brave kids!
